Open to: Farmers and family farm corporations, farmers’ or farm workers’ associations, nonprofits, state and local governments, and federally recognized Tribes. Terms and Conditions: Housing may be constructed in urban or rural areas, as long as there is a demonstrated need

33 years at a 1 percent interest rate. Loans can cover up to 100 percent of total development costs.

Application Deadline: Funding for Repairs: Final applications must be submitted by June 18, 2024, 12:00 P.M., ET

Funding for New Construction: Final applications must be submitted by July 3, 2024, 12:00 P.M.

Application Guidelines:
Funding Cap Per Application or Fiscal Year Program Funding: Grants based on need and may not exceed 90% of project cost
How Must Funds Be Used:
Funds can be used to buy or improve land, for new construction, to rehabilitate existing rental housing in lower-income areas, or to purchase household furnishings.
