Provides funds for the construction, improvement, or purchase of facilities and equipment needed to provide service at the broadband lending speed in eligible rural areas

Open to: Nonprofits, corporations, LLCs, cooperatives or mutual organizations, government organizations, federally recognized Tribes Individuals and partnerships are not eligible.

Population: For loan and grant combinations, at least 90 percent of the households in the proposed service area must not have access to broadband service. For loans and loan guarantees, the service threshold is 50 percent
