Open to: Farmers and family farm corporations, farmers’ or farm workers’ associations, nonprofits, state and local governments, and federally recognized Tribes. Terms and Conditions: 33 years at a 1 percent interest rate. Loans can cover up to 100 percent of total development costs. Grants are need-based and cannot exceed 90 percent of the total project cost | ||
