Open to: Electric utility companies serving rural areas, existing Rural Utilities Service Electric Program borrower. Rural areas with populations 20,000 and fewer. Eligible communities can be combined into larger service areas. Terms and Conditions: Repayment period is 15 years unless geothermal ground- loop source investments or technology have a longer lifespan. |
