Open to: Local government organizations, nonprofits and federally recognized Tribes Rural areas with a population of 10,000 or fewer

Terms and Conditions: Water transmission line grants maximum is $150,000. Water source grants maximum is $1 million. Partnerships with other federal, state, local, private and nonprofit entities are encouraged
