Briefly Describe the Purpose of the Program | ||
The Consolidate County (CNC) Program provides supplemental Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funding for Counties. IDOT uses State of Illinois Road Funds to fund the program. The annual formula funding is distributed to Counties, and must be used as MFT, following IDOT policy and process. | ||
